Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes. No trial period, no expiry, no credit card required. The free plan is limited to 5 monitors but is otherwise fully functional — including the public status page and API access.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What happens if I go over my monitor limit?

Existing monitors continue to work. You'll be prompted to upgrade before adding a new one.

How does multi-region monitoring work?

On Pro, PingBase checks your URL from multiple regions simultaneously and only alerts you when more than one region confirms the outage. This eliminates false positives from single-region network blips.

Do you offer annual billing?

Monthly billing only for now. Annual billing with a discount is on the roadmap.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit cards via Stripe. No invoice billing or purchase orders at this time.
