The guarantee
If you're not satisfied with PingBase for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, email us at support@pingba.se with the subject line "Refund Request" and we'll process a full refund within 1 business day. No explanation needed.
Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
What happens after a refund
- →Your subscription is cancelled immediately.
- →Your account reverts to the free plan (1 monitor, 1 status page).
- →Your data and monitors are preserved — you won't lose anything.
- →You can upgrade again at any time.
Renewals
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment on a new plan. For monthly renewals after that, we handle refund requests case-by-case — we're reasonable people and we'll work something out. Just email us.
Disputes and chargebacks
We'd much rather resolve things directly. If you're unhappy, please email us before filing a dispute with your bank — we'll sort it out faster, and it avoids headaches for both of us.
